Presenter: Diana File, MA

Our world is undergoing change at a faster rate than ever before, and it affects every aspect of our lives. Join change manager and research psychologist Diana File, MA in understanding how the brain responds to change and how to build change resilience in ourselves and others. Sharing her research and experience in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Diana will provide a comprehensive overview of the often unrecognized emotional effects of change, concrete steps to develop expertise in change management, and effective strategies to build resilience in yourself and others.

 

Diana File holds a BA in Psychology from Yale University and an MA in Psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her experience encompasses work in the corporate and educational sectors, helping people and organizations successfully navigate change. When she is not working or researching, you will find her reading novels, traveling, or running with her dog.

Attitude of Gratitude: Uncovering the Hidden Benefits of Gratefulness in Life and Relationships

( 3 CE Contact Hours)

Presenter: Miriam Malowitzky, MA, LMSW

Miriam Malowitzky MA, LMSW brings gratefulness to a whole new level! Working with Miriam, participants will identify the health (both mental and physical) benefits of gratitude, understand how gratitude plays a role in overcoming trauma, examine the link between gratitude and empathy as well as the role gratitude plays in developing a healthy self esteem.

 

Miriam Malowitzky has been working in the mental health field for almost twenty years. She holds both a Master’s in School Psychology as well as a license in Social Work.

 

Full Day Seminar includes two excellent classes, a total of 6 CE Contact Hours. Refreshments (healthy and not-so healthy) are served. Full seminar only $119.00. One session alone is $75.00
